Pathfinder & Adventurer Clubs

PURPOSE

The purpose of the Pathfinder Club is to introduce young people to Jesus Christ. The program will help them develop body, mind and spirit. With these skills, our young people are able to carry on the work of the church and bring others to Christ. More than just skills, we want young people to build a relationship with Christ as their Lord and Savior, thus giving them the knowledge they need to survive in this world while preparing for Heaven.

MISSION

Our mission is to guide and empower young people to become devoted servants of God and genuine friends to mankind. We are committed to instill leadership, teamwork, and service values in young people while encouraging experiential learning and community engagement. We are focused on creating resilient individuals who can positively contribute to society.

Our vision is to provide young people with a dynamic environment rooted in faith, discipleship, and camaraderie. Through evangelism, we aim to transform the world by the power of love and the divine grace of God.

VISION

Pathfinders is a worldwide organization for young people by young people, sponsored by the Seventh-day Adventist Church, though young people of any religious persuasion, or none at all, are welcomed and encouraged to join the club.

Pathfinders offers a wide range of activities including, but limited to:

• Camping & survival skills

• Grade appropriate leadership training

• Activities promoting community pride & involvement through outreach activities such as helping in local soup kitchens, collecting food for the disadvantaged, cleaning & maintaining city and county parks, visiting and encouraging the elderly, and MANY more

• Interactive training in a variety of recreational, artistic, nature, conservation, vocational, and outreach areas, with awards (honors) given for successful completion of the interactive training modules

• Personal care and encouragement by a caring staff member!

E Is for Enthusiasm for every worthy cause.

S Stands for True Success, which we will always claim.

R Is for His Return, we believe in Christs' second coming.
